When you tried to make a deposit to your BUX account and you've confirmed the payment, we have to establish a connection to our servers. Sometimes, due to a high amount of traffic this may take a little longer than normal. Be patient and allow the systems time to communicate, your deposit will go through.
If you've made a deposit and still after 5 minutes it seems like it's stuck, close and restart the app. If you are then still unable to see the deposit in your overview, please feel free to contact us via email at BUX Support.
